After a long day of work, household duties (were does all that dirty laundry come from???) and listening to the Diva Craft Lounge, and working in between on my ONE sheet album, I'm finally able to show it...
It all started as some kind of a joke... but the idea of making a SB project with only ONE sheet of cardstock became stuck in my mind... and I had to do it...
I cut out 9 pages out of ONE 12 by 12 sheet of white Bazill, and cut some left over packaging stuff from Ikea (slightly bigger) to use as my cover... I thought that some color mediums were allowed in my project, so I used acrylic paint (to color the cover) and my color pencils (to color the pages)...
I used a potato to make a stamp (cut it into a simple butterfly shape) and stamped it on a piece of regular (left over) paper... to be honest... at first I stamped immediately on the cover, but that didn't work very well... (don't use a potato stamp on a smooth surface, because you don't get a even print... plain paper works best!) so I made a new cover and stamped the butterfly (with paint) on a paper scrap... I cut the shapes out and sowed them on the cover with some simple colored sewing thread... the Landal piece is the cover of a match box! I used an (office) perforator to cut the holes... and binded the pages together with some left over Scoobidou thread!
Well, it's a bit plain and simple, but you see that you can make a nice project out of ONE sheet of cardstock and some left over stuff from your stash...
If you like to know how I colored the pages, you can see that here... if you have any questions, please let me know!
