Wow, I'm tired... tired but very satisfied!
Yesterday was the first of the two Pien's Album Track days, and it went very well! Almost 95 ladies made a whole album (20 pages and covers!) with their vacation pictures. So much fun to see all those albums in progress! So many fun and beautiful pictures, so many lovely ladies working hard and having fun! A very good day!
As I already said, this was the first of two... on October the 13th is the second PAT. So I can't show you anything of the album, 'cause then the surprise for the second group would be spoiled, and we don't want that, do we...
But I can show you the whole Bloggin friends album, that I made last August...
It's just a fun and small project, that I made because I was tagged...
I showed you the pictures of the album already, but I thought that you'd like to see the whole thing also...
I made the cover out of plain cardboard, cut a scalloped border on the edge, painted the whole thing (yes, I know, it's pink..) and adhered some HS chipboard letters and some letters from an old fashioned tag maker! The album pages are tags from 7 Gypsies! This album was also a design team project... the paper that was used was part of the project!
And now I'm starting another design team project... ofcourse, another mini-album (I'm already know in the DT as PJ, the mini-book maker)... yes, and there is pink involved... !!!
Oh, and to answer your questions about how I was able to make so many LO's in so little time: just scrap and scrap and scrap and scrap... and right after work, or bringing your child to school, scrap again... oh, and forgetting that you need a good night sleep helps too... why not use an hour or two to scrap?! And you don't need a lot of clean laundry, do you? You can't wear all these clean clothes at the same time anyway... and there's always tomorrow to vacuum the living room, right? And all that dust will wait for you, it's not going to the neighbors house if you don't dust... forget the TV (nothing special on it anyway)... and the most important tip of all: have a very loving husband who cooks for you and makes your sandwiches and brings you coffee, tea and chocolate!
