I always love a good cup of coffee... nice and hot to start with... in a nice big mug...
And this one is my new favorite right now... it's just perfect for this time of year... and with a bit of cinnamon on top of the beaten milk it's even better...
And i need my cups of coffee right now, i can tell you... things are very busy right now in my studio... i'm almost finished with preparing the big Christmas on-line workshop project for Pien's... if you've joined in, you can expect it to come upon Thursday!! And it will be good!!! With lot's of techniques, so there must be something in this project for everyone!!!
And i'm trying to get as much done as i can about my Journal your Christmas project...
I've done a few pages already, and it's great so far... i got so inspired by Tim's great Christmas tags, that i got out all my distress inks, alcohol inks, brayer, mini mister, the whole lot...
So, you've guessed it... it's going to be a crafty Christmas... more to come later...
Other news: Stach's returned to school last week, and he's feeling much better, thank goodness...
And Pakjesavond and Sinterklaas were great... Stach's very spoiled with a gigantic racing track (with a big looping), and lot's of other toys and a family game (alway good; we love to play games together), Gerard got some lovely gifts and even i, so i must have been good this year (wink)!!
And today Stach thought it would be nice to invite his grandparents for tea, so he called them all by himself (he has his own little phone book that i made for him - works like a charm, as you can see) and came running into my studio a few minutes later, telling me that my parents were on their way!!! Man, what a smart guy... not stoppable when he has an idea...
So i had to finish my work quickly (archhhh, i was just gluing down stuff...) to do some last minute tidying... you know how it it with your kid at home the whole day... toys everywhere!!!
Anyway, opa and oma were very happy with the invitation, and the loved the story...
hmmm, wondering who he decides to call next time!!! I'd better check that little phone book again...
