Well, after a trip to Ikea, where my sweet husband bought me a white Expedit (yes, i'm finally qualified to enter the 'all-grown-up-expedit-equiped-scrappers-lounge', wink...), i've been knee deep in books (that were stored on several shelves in a corner) and various scrap- and craft supplies...
Yep, it's that time of year again, trying to tidy and purge my studio, to welcome the new year with a clean sheet, so to speak!
And i really do need this symbolic action, because i really didn't feel like welcoming this new year! If it was up to me, i would stay in bed, deep under the covers, letting 2012 do it's thing, without joining in! But alais... no can do... people count on me, and my back would kill me after several days of just lying there :)... and let's face it: when i've shaken off this whole sad 'i've-no-energy-left-in-me-and-i-doubt-if-i'm-ever-capable-of-taking-on-all-my-endless-responsibilities-again thing', i'm sure i'm happy that i've pulled through... and happy with my clean studio too!
So, any plans made for twenty twelve? Good resolutions? Or taken on a new word?
I did... a new word that is... hope it will bring me everything i'll need! Although last years word gave me quiet a struggle now and then, it was a good experience... So i'm taking on my pink One Little Word album from 2011, and add a new chapter!
Well, enough rambling... need to get back to the purging and cleaning... need to finish my December Daily album (it's going very well!) and maybe make some more scrapping and crafty plans...
