Hope you have a great and happy Easter weekend!
Ours is a bit rainy, unfortunately... but we managed to plan our annual egg hunt when it was dry!
To be safe we wrapped each of our hand colored eggs in clear cellophane, so i have a few nice pictures of an outdoor hunt with intact little pieces of 'art'!
That alone is something to be happy about, because i can fill my album now and finish it!
Another thing that made me happy is this very cute Spring banner i made last Thursday, when the always lovely Marsha came to visit! We had a very creative day in the studio...
We used the freshly downloaded Spring Junque banner printable and the Spring Junque seals printable by HOF3...
and we threw some old book pages into the mix...
combined with a few bits and pieces from my stash, pink glittery letters from MM and an oval frame cut with my Silhouette it became a very cute banner!
Putting al the pieces together like this was a lot of work, but i'm very glad with the result!
Another point of happiness...
and although i'm still not used to the strange (and often painful) invader that is now my breast, and despite the list of tiny but annoying complaints i have because of the treatments, i still look nice and well 'preserved'... (a bit ' too round on the edges' but that will probably be solved very quickly after the chemo is done!)
Yes, turquoise blue is now my happy color to wear... the shops are filled with it every where, so it's an easy choice, and it fits my sad and ill looking complexion (ah, so thankful for make-up!) much better than pink!
And, what made you happy this weekend?
Looking good!!!!!! Love your hairbow PJ.

Your bunting looks fab, where did you get the metal bits that attach to each flag? Or did you craft them? Love that each of the eggs has been painted, how many were there? It looks great fun and I'm looking forward to seeing your album filled with easter photos.
Hmm, what made me happy this weekend? Having both Jeff's and my parents over for Easter Sunday.
